Our fleet selection includes premium class vehicles and luxury sedans, specially designed to accommodate client travel and special requests.
Sedans, SUVs, and limousines are our most common vehicles for business travel and airport transfers, while we also provide party buses, party limos, and sprinters, accommodating a party on-the-go.
Prime Limo & Car Service is currently seeking a full-time dispatch agent to manage high-volume operations while providing quality customer service through client calls, emails, and live online chat.
We provide thorough training for 2 weeks with in-person employment, before moving this role to 100% remote (work from home).
Responsibilities:
The Dispatch Agent's primary responsibilities include:
Keeping laser focus on daily dispatch board/grid Reading trip notes, discussing and reminding drivers Sending files such as maps to drivers as needed Fixing conflicts on schedule, reassigning drivers as needed throughout the day Tracking inbound flight arrivals Responding to drivers via calls and text Making sure vehicles are brought back after end of drivers shifts Training provided to contract out trips locally and beyond
Qualifications:
Perfer dispatch experience in the North Texas area Ability to perform in a high-volume environment, individually and on a team Detail oriented, self-motivated, and autonomously able to manage multiple high priority tasks at once Strong professional verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English) Knowledge of the DFW metropolitan area and local attractions Required Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 40 hours per week minimum 2 weeks training in office (in-person), then able to work fully from home (remote) Because our organization operates on a 24- hour basis, we are willing to be flexible with employee availability.
