Epoxy/Resinous Flooring Salesperson

As a Flooring Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and project management team. You will be responsible for accurately estimating and pricing flooring projects, ensuring that our customers receive competitive and detailed proposals while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key
Responsibilities:


  1. Project Estimation:
    Collaborate with clients and project managers to accurately assess the scope of flooring projects, including measurements, materials, labor, and other associated costs.

  2. Proposal Generation:
    Create detailed, professional proposals that reflect the estimated costs, materials, timelines, and project specifications, ensuring clear and competitive offerings.

  3. Customer Consultation:
    Communicate with clients to understand their flooring needs, provide expert guidance, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

  4. Materials and Pricing:
    Stay updated on the latest flooring materials and pricing trends to offer cost-effective solutions while maintaining profitability.

  5. Collaboration:
    Work closely with our sales and project management teams to provide support and ensure projects are executed as planned.

  6. Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of project details, measurements, and proposals, and ensure all paperwork is organized and up-to-date.

  7. Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that all proposals and estimates align with our company's commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Flooring Sales Estimator or similar role in the flooring industry.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of various flooring materials, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the company's reputation for quality and professionalism.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
