The Crowne Plaza, a 300-room, upscale hotel in Downtown Dallas with 30,000 sq.
ft.
of meeting space, is looking for a Security Officer.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel.
Responsibilities and Duties Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to stop and control potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable people Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordinate with other departments Qualifications and Skills 1 year previous security experience required Have knowledge of desktop PC's Our ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and be a team player.
