Kronos System Analyst

Job DescriptionOut client is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Kronos System Analyst in our Corporate office reporting to the Kronos Workforce Central Manager.
This role is responsible for driving the full application lifecycle and operational performance of the Kronos Workforce Central v8 & UKG Pro Workforce Management suite of products in support of our client in US & MX locations.
This position will coordinate HR/Payroll, IT, and Kronos managed services resources to deliver operational excellence and value-generating solutions to HR and Payroll functions, within a data driven organization.
In addition to solution development, the Kronos System Analyst will provide tier 2 support for system issues, coordinating engagement with the necessary internal and external resources to drive resolution.
Responsibilities include:
Corporate IT:
Ensure compatibility of configurations and processes with the enterprise Kronos instance Subject matter experts with gap analysis / process definition and system enhancements and will provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests.
Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of Kronos WFC & UKG Pro Workforce Management Assist with educating the IT team on the goals of the business and assists with facilitating communication and alignment between functions and IT from the gathering of initial requirements to final implementation.
Provide support, technical issue resolution, process design, application configuration, super and end user training, testing support.
Solution Lead on projects/Technical Project Manager coordinating with the overall Project Manager on all work for technical teams and oversite on technical design.
Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organization, ensuring clear communication and understanding of needs and requirements.
Responsible for creating and maintaining relevant project management documents, including work plans, status reports and risk assessments, and may help guide project tasks among the Application Systems Analysts team.
Responsible for assisting with the support of Kronos and the implementation of the Kronos WFC & UKG Pro Workforce Management platform, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
Finance, Payroll and HR:
Understand business process complexity and uncover needs that business partners and end users would not be able to articulate on their own.
Provide support for Payroll by participating in the execution of the payroll processes and related calculations ensuring accuracy, responsibility, and adherence to policies.
Identify desired system improvements that address business problems.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
Develop requirements from business, to functional, to technical levels of detail.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Kronos Managed Services:
Adhere to Enterprise technology and change management processes and policies.
Document application changes for program development and corrections help ensure that all change management policies and procedures are being applied.
Define the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user s perspective.
Drive solution development through its complete lifecycle.
Serve as liaison between developers and business owners.
Ensure alignment of solution to requirements Perform and assist various testing activities.
Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Kronos InTouch clocks.
Production support, patches/upgrades, infrastructure, technical and functional enhancements.
Identify and correct data issues or inconsistencies related to integration interfaces and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on configuration and administration of Kronos Workforce Central version 7 or higher Workforce Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) Experience working with Kronos Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduling, Analytics, and Integration Manager Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Kronos InTouch clocks using Workforce Device Manager Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Execute audit, system lifecycle, and regulatory controls.
Working knowledge of Software Maintenance Lifecycle, to include production support, patching/upgrades, infrastructure, and enhancements.
HIGHLY PREFERRED:
Experience working with cloud deployments of Kronos.
Working knowledge of organizational change implications on system functionality Kronos functional knowledge and process design experience in support of human resource and payroll processes and regulation HIGHLY PREFERRED:
2 years manufacturing industry labor and workforce Bachelor s degree or 5
years equivalent experience HIGHLY PREFERRED:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
