IT Solution Architect
Dallas, Texas
As part of the IT Enterprise Architecture team, you will work with multiple eCommerce, mobile and marketing project teams to identify the business and technical requirements of our many new projects in order to champion their success. This role carries responsibility for developing and maintaining enterprise standards and design patterns with a particular emphasis on eCommerce and mobile technologies.
To qualify, you should hold a BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have the equivalent in other, formal training or work experience. Youll bring eight or more years in a technical leadership role, leading either projects or their development teams, to the table. Your background will showcase use of JAVA/J2EE technologies in the design of scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available eCommerce systems. Youll be highly experienced with mobile design and development (IOS, Android, HTMLS/CSS/J5) and use of SDLC tools (Git, Ant, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.). Youll be highly experienced with mobile design and development (IOS, Android, HTMLS/CSS/J5) and use of SDLC tools (Git, Ant, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)). Importantly, you must possess excellent verbal- and written-communication skills and the highest level of persuasiveness in order to influence both technical and non-technical decision makers, especially those at top leadership levels. Hospitality or retail industry experience is a plus.
