6 Dallas, TX Dallas, TX Full-time Full-time $16 - $17 an hour $16 - $17 an hour Medical Supply Company is seeking a Full-time Warehouse/Office Assistant for our Dallas office.
The position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Employee Benefits available.
This position will be covering all aspects of the warehouse, including inbound shipments, outbound shipment, delivery, restock and purchasing as well as submitting billing and medical records to our corporate office.
The duties are as follows, but not limited to:
Keep track of office inventory, both medical supplies and office supplies, including inbound shipments, delivery and restock.
Use Microsoft Excel and Inventory Management program regularly for ordering said supplies.
Receive shipments, unbox them and put them in their designated area.
Take out trash every Friday as well as cutting down boxes and recycling them each day.
Answer phones when available and after fully trained.
Supporting our sales team with account calls and paperwork support.
Assisting our billing team with claims processing and completion.
Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude that is willing to help in all above areas.
Computer and Excel skills are required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
