This position requires a hands-on approach to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, manage household tasks, and coordinate maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and/or property management, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
Hours:
4-5-hour workday, Monday - Friday with hours subject to variation based on business needs.
On Call with possible weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Upkeep:
Conduct daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed sheets, and washing dishes.
Ensure the house is always tidy and hygienic.
Trash Management:
Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the house daily, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
Grocery Shopping:
Perform grocery shopping duties as needed, either on a daily or weekly basis, according to household requirements.
Service Coordination:
Arrange and schedule maintenance services for the home, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioning units, plumbing, and electrical services.
Manage the scheduling and oversight of these services to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Irrigation Management:
Oversee the scheduling and operation of the irrigation system.
Ensure cars are serviced, washed twice weekly, and detailed at least once a month.
Mail and Package Handling:
Sort through mail and packages, organizing them accordingly and ensuring any important documents are highlighted for the homeowner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, property management, or a similar role preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable transportation for errands and grocery shopping.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle household issues as they arise.
