We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take food and drink orders accurately - Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system Keep the dining spaces clean and presentable Communicate regularly with your guest and anticipate their needs Go above and beyond guest's expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Note:
