We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Assist with managing calendars and scheduling conference rooms for appointments - Assist with set up and clean up for meetings - Retrieve, open, sort and distribute daily mail - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Proficient in computer literacy, including Outlook and Word - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
