Some of the responsibilities would include:
Prepare the rental agreement and offer optional products and services to the customer Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone and in email inquiries Complete daily lists and organize the reservations according to the available fleet Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written skills Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours Proficient in English and Spanish preferred
