Job Description Job Description We are seeking a professional Travel Agent in our company.
You'll be responsible for helping clients plan and book unforgettable trips to countries around the world.
You will work with them to stay within their budget, while still making sure they experience the best of their destination.
Your outgoing personality and experience will ensure great customer service so that our clients will have the most enjoyable travel experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in researching, selecting, and booking flights, tours, cruises, hotels, and other travel services Advise and recommend travel options based on clients travel needs and interests Ensure accuracy in reservations and payments Ensure booking confirmations are received from suppliers Follow up with suppliers and stress their importance in providing quality services Maintain organized client files and records Answer all customer inquiries and promote Travel Agency services Keep up to date on current events, travel destinations, and other travel-related topics
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field is preferred At least 2 years of experience in a travel-related role is preferred Knowledge of various travel apps and software Outstanding communication and customer service skills Excellent research and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in travel and working in a team-oriented environment Job Type:
Full Time Salary:
