Under the direction of the RMA Coordinator, the Return Product Processor/Technician will support the RMA team in all needs.
The position will serve existing accounts by identifying a returned product correctly, troubleshooting basic issues, entering data in the ERP system, organizing returned material in the warehouse, routing material to the correct work center, and investigating discrepancies/resolving problems.
General expectations include maintaining good communication, responding to questions, and providing regular updates or changes to next level supervisor; maintaining paperwork and documentation including but not limited to forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining work area organization and cleanliness; completing assigned work accurately and in a timely fashion; following-up/communicating with Supervisor and (where requested) upper management; and maintaining excellent notes.
The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates Attention to detail.
Ability to differentiate between similar items and count accurately.
Working knowledge of basic inventory control procedures.
Ability to research, understand and/or analyze data; and complete work orders utilizing computer and manual data entry methods.
Ability to inspect, evaluate, test and repair equipment for accuracy.
A keen willingness to help team and learn new skills (essential).
Basic computer skills with a tendency towards excel or databases a plus.
Operate job related equipment:
forklift, pallet jack, etc.
Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements Good written and verbal communication and telephone skills.
Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
Positive can-do attitude and quick learner/hands on.
Must be able to frequently bend and lift items up to 25 lbs.
