Our client is in the automotive industry leader, seeking a Senior PowerBI Engineer to hopefully join their Data teamThis full-time position, based in Dallas, TX, offers the opportunity to work on both daily operations and long-term strategies, shaping the future of this organizations' data assetsThis role primarily involves creating dashboards and data visualizations, conducting ad-hoc data analysis, and preparing essential materials for Senior Management, as well as field and corporate support teams Our client prides themselves on innovation and collaborationAs a PowerBI Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing performance for their clientsEssentially looking for someone to help build out their PowerBI dashboard and generate data analysis reports based off their internal and external partner data, trouble shoot any issues and make the data more useable for data engineering and data science teamsThey are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive business successThis company offers various pathways for professional growthRequired Skills & Experience Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, both building from scratch and adding new features to existing dashboards Generate insightful reports using SSIS/SSRS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Utilize DAX programming to enhance data analysis and visualization within PowerBI Manage SQL Server databases, including data modeling, querying, and optimization Leverage Azure services, including Databricks, for data storage, processing, and analytics Desired Skills & Experience Collaborate with data engineers on ETL processing, occasionally jumping in to support as needed Engage in data science work and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights from the data Familiarity with NetSuite, the new reporting platform, for transitioning financial reporting from Great Plains Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and GAAP guidelines in all reporting activities What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 90% Dashboarding and Reporting / 5% Visualization / 5% Data Analysis and SQL Querying Daily Responsibilities 80% Hands On 20% Team Collaboration The Offer Bonus eligible You will receive the following
