Being both a player/coach leading strategically and being an individual contributor to projects and technical needs (coding and development, integrations, etc.) Complete Scoping of Technical Requirements Collaborate with Stakeholders / Analyze Business Requirements / Harness Power Platform Capabilities Drive Innovation / Optimize Processes / Facilitate Digital Transformation Collaborate with Stakeholders (Business Leaders / IT Teams / SMEs, etc.) Gather Requirements / Define Business Processes / Information Flows / Systems Integrations Evaluate Business Requirements / Conduct Gap Analysis / Develop Architectural Designs Addressing Complex Business Needs / Objectives / Goals Translating Business Requirements into Well-Architected Power Platform Solutions End-to-End System Design Value Analysis / Solution Designs Partner with Teams Developing Business / Enterprise Strategy Provide Insights / Recommendations / Best Practices to Align Solutions with Business Goals / Objectives Design / Manage the Implementation of Power Platform Solutions PowerApps / PowerAutomate (Flow) / PowerBI / Power Pages / Power Virtual Agent Conduct Feasibility Studies / Impact Analysis / Risk Assessments Assess Viability / Potential Changes of Proposed Solutions Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives Identify Opportunities to Optimize Existing Processes / Systems Through Effective Utilization of Power Platform. Interface with QA Teams Perform Testing / Debugging / Troubleshooting Power Platform Solutions Ensure Quality / Performance Manage Analysis / Design / Development / Security (Security Protocols / Data Privacy / Regulatory Compliance) / Deployment / Implementation / Support of Power Platform Solutions Effectively Communicating Technical Needs / Capabilities to Non-Technical Team Members / Product Owners / Stakeholders, etc. Requirements:
At least 5
years of hands-on technical experience in implementing/building/and managing the Microsoft Power Platform Power Platform PowerApps / PowerAutomate (Flow) / PowerBI / Power Pages / Power Virtual Agent o PowerApps Create Responsive / User-Friendly PowerApps Application Complex Logic Integrations o PowerAutomate Design / Build / Automate PowerAutomate Leverage Connectors / Custom Workflows, etc. o PowerBI Design / Implement Dashboards / Reports to Visualize Data / Provide Insights At least 2
years of managerial / leadership experience, to include coaching and developing team members performance, succession planning, working with HR teams on hiring (on-boarding and off-boarding team members) and building and managing teams Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with prior experience interfacing with executive and C-level leaders Prior experience with budgetary management strongly preferred Prior experience within the manufacturing industry, a plus Recommended Skills Automation Business Process Improvement Business Processes Business Requirements Communication Dashboard Apply to this job. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
