GENERAL FUNCTION The Compensation Manager plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices as well as internal policies and external regulations. Provides consulting to HRBPs, balancing the organizational compensation strategy, policies, and programs with business needs. Leads various corporate-wide compensation initiatives, including incentive plan design, total cash compensation analysis, salary survey submission and analysis, job evaluations, and data analysis. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors effectiveness of existing compensation pay programs. Recommends changes that are consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives. Manages the incentive planning process for retail brands. Partners with HRBPs, finance and brand leadership to create new programs that achieve brand initiatives but are compliant with department/company requirements. Calculates monthly and annual incentive plans based on terms outlined in the plan document. Leads job evaluation process ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness relative to corporate strategy. Conducts market surveys and analyzes results to obtain appropriate pay for evaluated position. Provides recommendations to HRBPs on pay decisions, policy interpretations and job evaluations. Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved. Analyzes data and submits recommendations to management for salary structure movement. Maintain Company rate ranges and geographic differentials; conduct analysis as required. Manages the relationship and processes with other department such as HRIS, IT, Finance & Accounting to ensure data is accurate and is obtained/provided in a timely manner. Identifies and implements improvements, system and/or program enhancements on an ongoing basis. Manages/develops the communication of salary administration materials to Field, CSC, and Manufacturing/Distribution groups. Develops process to ensure compliance with minimum wage for North America (US and Canada) including state/provincial and local. Performs quarterly audits. Completes special projects as assigned, including supporting the integration of Essilor and Luxottica in North America. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field. 5
years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation Knowledge of Legal requirements relating to Human Resources and Compensation Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Office, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Strong decision-making skills in confidential pay recommendation Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to plan and set priorities Analytical/Mathematical skills, ability to interpret and communicate data Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work with confidential data and sensitive material Ability to work independently and within team environment Able to work with a high degree of accuracy, often in time-critical situations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in Retail and/or Manufacturing environment
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
