Saputo Dairy USA (SDUSA), a division of Saputo Inc., is looking for an insightful, detail-oriented Strategy Manager to support the divisional Strategy team on a wide range of business objectives including strategy development, implementation, and communications as well as internal company and external industry analysis to deliver actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. The Strategy Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy and will support and interact with the Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Responsibility as well as the broader SDUSA Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Strategy Manager will collaborate with other functional leaders and teams across the SDUSA business and broader Saputo Inc. global organization, as projects require. An ideal candidate will be organized and dependable with an ability to build relationships with and influence individuals across levels and functions. He or she will have a natural sense of curiosity and keen ability to ask thoughtful, proactive questions that challenge the team and Company status quo. Although collaboration is core to this role, some work is more autonomous in nature and requires creativity, innovation and personal responsibility. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Support strategy development, implementation, communication, measuring (balanced scorecard / KPI development) and reporting, ultimately helping to drive incremental Company growth. Provide detailed financial, strategic, and operational analyses, reports, and presentations to support and influence organizational strategic direction, issue-resolution, and decision-making at the SLT level. Design and execute analyses for evaluating business issues (market share, competitive intelligence, company SWOTs, business opportunity due diligence, financial forecasting, etc.). Mine, review, validate, and store complex data and information, identifying trends, patterns, and variances. Apply creative and technical skills to the gathering and synthesizing of internal (e.g., financial) and external (U.S. economic data, syndicated sources such as IRI, databases such as CapitalIQ, etc.) sources. Draw and share forward-looking insights and conclusions through high-quality, executive-level content, storylines, and presentations. Review and improve analytical processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security within the Strategy team. Act as an internal consultant for other functional areas:
work with cross-functional business partners to identify and articulate key business issues and opportunities, apply appropriate analytical frameworks, develop recommendations, and represent findings to stakeholder. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have A minimum of three years professional experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or an internal business strategy-focused role A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative/technical discipline A proven ability to perform analytical and financial assessments using large amounts of data and subsequently transform analyses into compelling, executive-ready communications and presentations Strength in MS Excel financial and/or analytics modeling, spreadsheet design, and advanced formulas and functions including, at minimum, pivot tables, formatting shortcuts, conditional formatting and charting capabilities Meticulous attention to detail, a passion for learning, a willingness to ask questions and voice your perspective, and a can-do attitude We Support And Care For Our Employees By Providing Them With Development opportunities to enhance their career fulfillment Meaningful compensation and benefits Opportunities to contribute to the community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo products
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Investments, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
