Job Details Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Play an active leadership role within the organization, and promote a culture of success, pride, performance, diversity, and creativity Coach, supervise, provide long-term mentoring to, and periodically evaluate the performance of the Practice Managers and other direct reports Work closely and foster strong relationships with physicians within the region to ensure high level of physician satisfaction and success Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director(s) to identify and resolve employed physician issues and/or to enhance physician's opportunity for success Provide leadership to the clinic staff, regional sales team, and other direct reports resulting in effective implementation of business strategies and achievement of quality, profit, growth and other objectives Provide leadership and strategic direction for the sales function to ensure local referral and lead goals are attained Collaborate with all support departments to enhance reliance on established metrics to drive the business to the next level Identify, plan, and execute operational improvement projects in conjunction with the Process Improvement Manager Meet and exceed monthly and yearly gross, net, collected revenue and profitability objectives on a consistent basis Develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets Develop and execute strategic plans, tactics and goals Ensure that high quality and patient satisfaction protocols are in place and achieved Review of all aspects of the operations to identify areas of opportunity and risk while coordinating strategies with peers and corporate management Develop, track, and report critical business metrics that provide accurate assessment of all aspects of growth, productivity, strategic effectiveness, and financial performance Identify tools, resources and policies necessary to ensure company objectives are met through the development of a robust and flexible and scalable infrastructure Identify, evaluate and execute local marketing and sales opportunities Evaluate potential physician candidates through telephone and in person interviews, physician assessments, and feedback from those involved in the physician recruitment process Assist in the preparation and negotiation of the physician employment agreement for physicians being recruited within the respective region Source, facilitate, and manage business development opportunities within the region. Collaborate with colleagues to perform due diligence, evaluation of opportunity, negotiate and close deals Identify needs for additional resources, including new clinic sites, clinic expansions or relocations, and additional human capital needs Ensure appropriate clinical hiring and staffing practices, while optimizing employee satisfaction and minimizing turnover In conjunction with the corporate legal team, managing the legal aspects of the region SKILL REQUIREMENTS This role requires proven capabilities in strategic planning, along with strong operational experience/responsibilities with multi-location healthcare practices Excellent leadership skills Strong problem solving skills Travel Required Yes. 50% Travel . Local and Regional Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Preferred Masters or better. Experience Required 8 years:
Regional Director roles - Held management position for multi-site, multi-state organization 8 years:
Experience with managers as subordinates Preferred Salesforce CRM experience Working alongside physicians (Physician Practice Management)
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
