Purpose:
The Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for workstream leadership contributing to the development, standardization, and implementation of the future operating model for last mile distributors. This is a high impact, high visibility role, reporting to the Sr. Operations Transformation Manager. Responsibility includes leading process innovation in one or more workstreams related to sales operations, including new and existing account sales, digital demand signal collection, routing, delivery, express order fulfillment, or supply channel interaction. These activities will be completed through partnership with local IBSA distributor operations teams as well as corporate Support Center groups as needed. Job Components:
Drive both top and bottom-line value creation using strong understanding of process improvement methodology to drive innovative solutions Apply lean principles of waste reduction and standard work to new process development to create competitive differentiation for IBSA Work with employees in the field to test improvement hypotheses and collect data Effectively manage a project plan, including creating and communicating daily/weekly/monthly progress to Sr. Manager and Executive team Develop and improve performance management metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and growth, that are both strategically impactful and executable at the front line of the organization Deliver standard work and training documentation for area of workstream responsibility Partner with IBSA distributors to implement operational playbook at their locations Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions while upholding Interstate's Purpose and Values through demonstrated actions Effectively develop, build, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional teams and external customers (distributors, dealers, and internal corporate support groups)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university 8
years of progressive experience in an operational environment or 3
years in a full time transformation/process improvement role, CPG preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent significant process improvement leadership experience Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management and presentation skills
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
