Job summary As a Rotational Talent Advisor, you are a trusted Americas Talent business advisor that serves as a resource to the US-based Campus Recruiting community to support teams in times of disruption. Through maintaining an agile approach to your work, you may serve as a Market Recruiter, acting as the subject matter expert of market(s) (city, geography, service lines, specialty practices, etc.) to which you are aligned, a School Recruiter, the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all entry level opportunities at EY's Target schools, and/or a Sourcing Recruiter, a true entrepreneur in both establishing EY's brand in the market and pipelining talent in alignment with the business. You are quick to adapt to change and able to work in an environment that requires you to ask thoughtful questions, leverage knowledge gained in prior experiences, and leverage various EY resources to execute in any new role. You work well independently and vocalize the support, information, and resources you need to be successful in a role. You work well with ambiguity and maintain a positive attitude during times of transition and change. As a member of the Americas Campus Community, you will share best practices, insights, and information as they are learned during your various rotations in order to continually enhance our efforts and strengthen EY's brand in the market. In this role, you will be expected to travel as needed for each rotation, up to 50%. Travel requirements and necessary in-person coverage for rotation responsibilities will be discussed during the onboarding for each rotation, however it is expected that you remain agile to provide in-person support as needed during each assignment. You'll guide Client Service recruiting teams on recruitment processes, and be the main contact point for students, the Campus Recruiting leader and the HR People Shared Services Center. By working with recruiting coordinators and others, you'll confirm that all candidates receive appropriate attention. You'll also administer and coordinate internship programs. You'll gain exposure to diverse Human Resources (HR) situations and deal with extraordinary issues. In this role you'll receive general supervision, and frequently work on projects with only periodic updates to your supervisor. You may also supervise lower level professional or administrative staff. Responsibilities Provide coverage of Market, School, and/or Sourcing Recruiter roles on Campus Recruiting teams within EY's US-based Campus community Serve as a Talent Advisor through sharing best practices, insights, and ideas learned/developed through your experiences in each rotation Consult with recruiting teams and campus recruiting leaders to achieve diversity and inclusiveness in EY's campus recruiting, sharing leading practices Challenge current recruiting processes, bringing new ideas Carry out campus recruiting to fill entry level staff and intern positions Work closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies for local, regional, and national markets. Work with the Campus Recruiting Leaders and senior campus recruiters to confirm that recruiting is consistent with national guidelines and the law, and meets EY's objectives for strategically important schools Work with senior members of the recruiting team to establish a consistent recruiting approach that matches other top-rated professional service firms Take on a wide range of responsibilities from owning headcount, facilitating, and attending campus recruiting events to managing programs around diversity and early-ID initiatives Actively recruit internal client-serving professionals to represent EY on campus. Guide these individuals on established recruiting procedures and protocols Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local marketplace, and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups Coordinate with recruiting assistants and others to confirm all candidates receive appropriate care and attention Help with national initiatives as needed Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity Represent the work group on a project team for small-to-medium size HR projects May serve on a large HR project, with support and feedback from supervisor and/or other project team members Autonomously modify some project steps to reflect work group consensus To qualify, candidates must have Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience Ability/willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to execute specific responsibilities requiring in-person attendance Ability to adapt to continuous change and work in an agile environment Ability to quickly learn and execute responsibilities Ability to think strategically and provide insights and ideas that help to drive efficiency and connectivity across teams. Work with fellow team members on best practices. Highly self-motivated. Able to work independently and proactively seek support, guidance, and clarity when needed Established understanding of the firm's campus recruitment policies, processes, and protocols, including knowledge of the campus recruiting cycle and strategy for identifying and selecting top intern, entry level, and graduate talent Foundational knowledge of the firm's service lines, specialty practices, high growth areas, and be able to develop a detailed understanding of campus candidate profiles across multiple positions and practices Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with organizational awareness and an understanding of how to manage sensitive relationships Employs a consultative approach in taking on new responsibilities. Asks thoughtful questions and seeks to understand details to best perform tasks. Proficient in MS Office suite, Yello, and other platforms Responsible for assuming leadership of team process and/or strategically important project(s) Model inclusive behaviors; bring together diverse and varying perspectives Ability to attract and retain talent Ability to quickly acquire solid understanding of relevant firm businesses English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrated advanced understanding and application of principles and practices of a specific professional discipline. Recruitment/placement laws and practices Compensation practices Benefit laws and practices Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of the firm's recruiting policy, procedures, and databases Ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of firm wide and service line orientation programs Event planning skills Computer skills (Microsoft Office), with an ability to utilize applicant tracking system.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
