Purpose:
o Responsible for all Marketing activities including Market Research, Planning & Pricing, Marketing Communications, Brand/Product Marketing & Launch, Channel, Segment Marketing and E-Commerce. o Responsible for designing, developing and deploying the medium and long term marketing strategy & associated programmes to drive revenue, profit and growth of market share within the business. o May define strategic sales operations direction that builds process capability necessary to achieve business results and drive the implementation of these programmes to maximise business productivity. Scope:

o Develops, adapts and executes organizational strategy to achieve key business objectives o Decisions are guided by organizational strategies and objectives o Generally includes international and/or global accountability o Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements Primary
Responsibilities:
o Create compelling marketing programs that engage clients and enable sales. Demonstrate transformational marketing leadership. o Serve as the primary, senior-level representative to counterparts in other functional areas across the marketing team o Drive pipeline, grow business with strong demand generation. Enhance value proposition and cross media campaigns through content marketing. o Deliver strategic presentations to key internal decision makers and business owners to explain how marketing can provide them the necessary tools to engage with their customers. o Create world-class events, webinars, industry shows, Executive Briefing Centers.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
