Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio and drive mid-level giving for the Dallas Region Manage a portfolio of mid-low range donors with the capacity to give up to $49K Strategize with the Director of Development to create and execute appropriate next steps for current, lapsed, and prospective donors Conduct prospect research and coordinate logistics for outreach including invitations to regional donor tours, visits, and meetings Manage all aspects of regional giving days, end-of-year giving drive, and other online fundraising campaigns Manage the monthly giving program by attracting and retaining new donors; tracking and reporting program results; creating stewardship touchpoints for members; and growing the program to meet specific annual goals Oversee the creation, design, and distribution of engaging and informative regional donor newsletters and other mass communications Maintain constituent records and track moves management Maintain constituent records in donor database and upload necessary documentation Track moves management for each donor in the portfolio and ensures the asks (opportunities) are accurately reflected in Raiser's Edge Coordinate with the database team to pull mailing and email lists for donor communications, such as the newsletters and appeals, and ensure all changes are updated in Raiser's Edge Work with the Database team to send donor tax acknowledgment letters Support in other database requests as needed Support and leverage the statewide Development Department Promote the cultivation and stewardship of regional projects/events such as webinars, speaker series, etc. that are created by the Strategic Partnerships team and assist with day-of execution Assist Development Events team with day-of execution on local events Support Strategic Partnerships team with gathering collateral materials and support day-of logistics for KIPP school and/or campus tours Serve as a committee member for the Dallas Family Emergency Fund Update local external materials such as slide decks, one-pagers, and acknowledgment letters for donors Complete fundraising and donor reports as assigned Other duties as assigned by the Regional Director of Development, as per the needs of the region Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 years of fundraising experience in a non-profit environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized; manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Highly motivated and self-directed learner with a whatever it takes attitude High degree of professionalism and discretion Knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising databases Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is necessary Strong follow-up and follow-through skills are necessary Proficiency using computers, printers, copy machines, and fax machines Additional Information Compensation and

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
