The AWS WW Specialized Organization, Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Specialized Sales Operations Lead to work with the Worldwide regions including; APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan Specialized Sales teams, to drive growth through business performance insights, solid business operations cadence and partnership with Sales Leadership.
Role and
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to Specialized Sales leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the businessManage the administration and execution of the team's targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired resultsManage the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews and other cadenced reporting and metricsWork directly with the models/data.
Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with themDrive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problemsProject-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand waySupport the Annual Planning process by completing deliverables for territory, quota and individual goal submission.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
