CFO - Growth Focused Services/Distribution - Private Equity, 78600 Highly profitable and growing commercial services/distribution enterprise is looking for a hands-on Finance and Accounting leader to be strategic partner to the CEO as this business expands to new levels. The business has an existing operational footprint across the Southern US and is undertaking significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives to expand operations nationwide. This position requires a roll up your sleeves player/coach approach to usher in best-in-class financial systems and controls for the organization and to build out cross functional management processes and systems to maximize value and efficiency in the enterprise. The CFO will also take on integration activities in managing the transition of new acquisitions and mergers. The ideal candidate will be a strong, broadly experienced financial executive with strong private equity experience including reporting and analysis capabilities ready to take on a leadership role in a middle market organization. This role requires a doer/leader who will dig into the details and is able to work with a lean finance organization while being a significant member of the executive team. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
