Within the AWS WWCO Commercial Sales organization, the Specialized Sales Operations Support team is responsible for supporting Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity.
We drive effectiveness, predictability, and deliver a run the business cadence that allows for the field to serve customers in the way customers want to be served.
The AWS Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) team is seeking a Business Manager to execute against the operational priorities for our organization.
This role will be instrumental in driving business operations initiatives, cadences, and mechanisms for Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) support of the Compute, Storage, and Edge Services Specialized Sales organization.
You will lead the creation and formalization of the sales and business operations mechanisms, which includes establishing critical processes and operational controls, tracking key metrics, goals, and KPIs, and driving initiatives for the Commercial Sales business.
We are looking for an experienced manager to shape and drive operating rhythms of this fast-growing organization.
The ideal candidate has a sales operations or finance background, organizational planning experience, broad technical skills, program coordination abilities, and an ability to be successful in a highly matrixed organization.
This individual will manage a broad-range of business operations activities and work cross-functionally across geo -based sales operations teams, leaders, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions.
The successful individual has a proven work ethic to deliver desired results, outstanding communication skills, and drives towards simple, scalable solutions to solve challenging and complex problems.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of sales operational priorities, working across WWSO Compute, Storage, and Edge Services Specialized Sales organization.
Manage team metrics and goals, and deliver regular reports on progress to key stakeholders.
Manage the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metricsCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to influence the roadmap for enhanced tooling and mechanisms to support the business.
Part-time support for order entry and RMA & Service Contract management for the WWSO Edge Services team.
Manage headcount plan, reporting, and approvals for rapidly growing organization.
Develop strong, productive relationships across peer organizations that further our business objectives.
Manage unique and complex deliverables and quick-turn projects while demonstrating exceptional business judgement.
Constantly innovate and improve business operational deliverables and artifacts, suggesting new ideas and best practices to iterate and improve the business.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
