AWS Business and Product Operations (BPO) Team is in need of a talented and highly motivated to help us order entry and receivables for the AWS Global Program.

Key job responsibilitiesResponsible for the day to day delivery, tracking, and management receivables.
Creation and implementation of standard operating procedures and process workflows.
Will actively seek innovative solutions to business trends on behalf of experience, and communicate updates to leadershipRetrieve and analyze data using Excel, and other data management/BI systems to provide insightful and actionable reports to the team.
Directly interact with Public Sector and Marketing Sponsors by responding timely and accurately to questions and requests for information.
Manage and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.
Maintain relationships and communication by responding timely and accurately to both, internal and external questions, and requests for information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
