Not pre-lit.
Job duties include:
-- Experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement; -- Case management of client files is an absolute requirement; -- Obtain and file medical bill/records affidavits is an absolute requirement; -- Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case is preferred; -- Knowledge of CLIO legal case management software, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred; -- Prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute requirement; -- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred; -- E-Filing in Texas Courts is an absolute requirement; -- Notary Public is preferred; -- Salary Based on Experience.
