2 Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description An opportunity to work for a reputable health system in Texas is readily advisable as their Program Manager Infection Control CIC This is a full-time, permanent position where the Program Manager Infection Control CIC will be a direct-hire employee for a reputable health system that offers acute care hospitals, outpatient facilities, and specialty practices throughout Texas.
Program Manager Infection Control CIC will be based out of an acute care hospital known for teaching programs, their state of the art technology, Magnet designation, and community involvement.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Program Manager Infection Control RN is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the Infection prevention and Infection control Program currently being offered at the 275
bed medical center.
The Program Manager Infection Control RN will ensure all programs are in accordance with hospital philosophy policy procedures, Joint Commission Standards, regulatory requirements and professional standards.
The Program Manager Infection Control RN will cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify new processes and procedures which reduce or eliminate infections, and educate clinical and non-clinical staff on best practices or techniques related to infection.
The Program Manager Infection Control CIC will be a registered nurse with previous infection prevention or infection control experience within a hospital or healthcare setting and ideally holding their CIC certification from APIC.
The Program Manager Infection Prevention will work at a hospital just south of downtown Dallas, Texas that is surrounded by delicious food and endless activities to enjoy.
