Candidate will be responsible for working one-on-one with potential and current clients regarding their cases.
Candidate must be able to create trust, confidence, and positive relationship with the client.
S/he will be responsible to ensure that all the new clients understand the contract terms and set proper expectations of firm process, as well as continues building relationships with clients who hire the firm.
Major Responsibilities Attending every consultation and/or assisting attorneys during consultations, either in person or phone throughout the day.
Drafting and providing a quote to everyone we can help according to official pricing list.
NOTE:
Ability to offer legal services to the client is determined by the consultation attorney.
Collecting documents from clients, filing fees, payments based on their individual payment plans Setting proper new client expectations Ensuring follow ups are contacted in a timely manner every day.
Returning calls/emails on a daily basis Other/Special projects as assigned by the Management Team.
Minimum Qualifications Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required; High School Diploma required, College or equivalent preferred Superior organizational and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues.
