Major Responsibilities Accurately reviewing and understanding client status Handling incoming client calls for all active cases Ensuring constant coordination with the assigned paralegal Monitoring filed cases for a case status Regularly communicating the updates to the clients Handling client emails Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Superior organizational and customer service skills Some proficiency with MyCase and ImmiPro Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to relate to clients and prospective customers Positive attitude (Can Do!)
