Role:
What you will be doing! Want to join a dynamic Accounting Team that does more than just count the beans? Our accountants lead the charge on analysis and forecast efforts across the Hospitality portfolio.
If you prefer to be involved intimately in the construction of the P/L, as opposed to just feeding in numbers, we'd love to meet you.
You'll work closely with the Director of Hospitality and Executive Chef to handle the day-to-day accounting for concepts like Tejas, Casablanca and Paradiso.
Additionally, you'll support the Development teams as we continue to grow the portfolio and build the best neighborhood in America.

Responsibilities:
Here's the nuts and bolts Responsible for Vendor setups and updates.
Request and process W-9, and Vendor Registration forms and send out 1099s.
Correspond with other departments to get approval before posting invoices in the Accounting System.
Reconcile and validate financial and accounting data and transactions.
Maintains an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
Assist in the month-end closing procedures.
Remain the first point of contact for accounting or Toast issues.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of assigned Balance Sheet accounts, coordination, and reviewing financial reports/support, as necessary.
Review and analyze sales and financial performance data and advise leadership, senior management, executives, and officers on performance compared to metrics.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform variance analysis of financial data and accounts for reporting purposes Inventory accuracy Deposit cash daily Calculate and process sales tax Review and process payroll then enter payroll Journal entry.
Participate in other special projects or assignments.
