Remote positions also available pending experience! An ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of managing a variety of different tasks at any time.
The main responsibilities of this position will be to coordinate budgets and proposals, providing support for the sales and creative development teams.
This involves working with a variety of suppliers, including transportation, entertainment, activities, venues and more.
Our requests can vary greatly so it's important for this position to be capable of handling volumes of information at any given time.
The associate position is also responsible for working in Salesforce, coordinating hotel partnership events client visits, and administrative functions as the position may require day-to-day.

As a Sales & Creative Associate, the position includes but is not limited to the primary responsibilities as outlined below.
Though subject to change throughout the year, key areas of responsibilities include:
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES ? Exceptional organization with ability to multi-task on daily basis ? Timely and friendly demeanor with internal staff, supplier/ vendor and hotel partners ? Ability to effectively manage deadlines from multiple sources ? Creative writing skills ? Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Power Point) ? Attention to detail with regards to design elements, grammar, and budgeting ? Proven experience within creative writing and/or event management ? Ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement creative ideas ? Efficiently work under pressure in a dynamic deadline-driven environment POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Team Support ? Work in tandem with Account Executives and Sales Managers to create winning proposals ? Primarily responsible for the execution of program proposal and budget development, in collaboration with the Sales Managers and Creative Development ? Manage all vendor bookings/ holds during the sales process ? Build, maintain and/ or establish industry supplier knowledge and relationships for all products ? Ongoing management of all proposal templates and vendor pricing grids ? Actively pursue new ideas and creative program concepts ? Develop creative write-ups for new products when needed ? Support sales marketing efforts - client familiarization trips, hotel drop-offs, gifts, etc.
? Manage site inspection process in conjunction with Sales and Creative teams - agendas, gifts, vendor/ venue bookings, transportation ? Salesforce database management o Build leads & opportunities while cross referencing preferred hotel definite bookings o Manage local vendor profiles to include Certificate of Insurance, signed vendor agreement, and appropriate contacts Other tasks as assigned by the Executive team as the position evolves Physical Demands This position is required to the enclosed physical requirements of the position.
Regularly:
Stand, walk, handle and operate office equipment, reach outward and above shoulder and carry, pull, push or lift up to 25 lbs.
The employee must be able to see close up and at a distance with vision acuity and the ability to adjust focus allowing a broad field of vision.
The employee must communicate clearly and effectively, must understand and be understood.
Occasionally:
Climb, crawl, squat, kneel and lift up to 40 lbs.

Carry, pull, push or lift 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
