7 12 hours ago Full Job Description LPA is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners.
Our Dallas studio is continuing to grow, and you'll have the opportunity to be a central part of our expansion.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas.
We work primarily on education projects North Texas.

You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm.

What you will do:
Effectively manage the proposal process from start to finish.
This includes leading proposal kickoff meetings, partnering with firm leadership to develop thoughtful responses and preparing the Proposals/Statement of Qualifications that adhere to LPA's brand standards Read and understand Request for Proposals (RFPs) and develop a relevant, thoughtful response Lead kick-off meetings with firm leadership across LPA Manage multiple proposals at any given time and track all relevant proposal activities Lead and participate in quality reviews of proposals Develop relevant content including team resumes, project profiles and other non-technical writing What we will do:
Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects Provide career growth opportunities, professional development grants and our professional development process In-house management and leadership training opportunities Education opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech Talks Provide study grants for exploration - Catapult, LPA Foundation Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred 2-5 years of experience required; 2
years of experience preferred Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Broad knowledge and experience in technical writing/editing and business development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail Strong ability to multi-task and creatively problem-solve A/E/C industry experience preferred LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $87,000 and is eligible for annual bonus.
If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
