POSITION
Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and monitor effective marketing initiatives and content across various channels.
Collaborates with Marketing Manager in the coordination and implementation of company marketing activities efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing/advertising, or communications or a similar degree required.
2 years of marketing or related experience; previous internship work history will be considered.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous graphic design experience preferred.
Candidates should be well versed with Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop preferably.
Experience with Premier Pro is a plus).
Experience with Canva, Wordpress, Google Ads, Facebook/META.
Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
Proficient in Outlook, MS Office including Word, Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and desire to work in cross-functional groups.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven by measurable results.
