This fast-paced role contributes to company growth by developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that efficiently drive customer awareness, leads and enrollment in our swim lessons at all locations.
This position is Dallas based and requires a regular office presence.
As Digital Marketing Director on our growing marketing team, you'd Develop digital strategy in conjunction with VP of Sales and Marketing.
Manage all digital marketing activities for the company and each of its locations, with accountability for KPIs and budgets for website, digital, and social channels.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and vendor partners on creative and message development.
Track, and measure performance, provide regular analytics reports to leadership.
Identify trends and innovate to increase engagement and results.
Manage digital media budgets, track progress, and optimize spending to achieve company goals.
Maintain social media presence:
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
; Create, present and manage content calendar for all display advertising and social media campaigns to support marketing plans and promotions.
Manage our websites and all SEO/SEM efforts to optimize performance.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
In collaboration with the Director of Sales, assist with drip and lead nurturing campaigns and messaging in the CRM system (HubSpot) to optimize structure, utilization of the platform, tracking and reporting capabilities.
Develop, track and report on key performance indicators for campaigns, use insights to refine digital strategies.
Utilize strong analytical ability to define and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Assist Recruiting team as needed to plan and implement strategies to assist in the attraction of qualified candidates and meet our hiring goals.
Collaborate with executive team members to evaluate and refine the customer journey; create and implement marketing automation strategies to improve customer experience and marketing ROI.
Required Education &
Experience:
Minimum of two years of digital marketing experience, specifically in paid, owned and shared media, including:
Google, display, websites, social, and SEO / SEM.
Thorough knowledge of marketing concepts as applied to consumers and across digital marketing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including email communication and small group presentations.
Ability to write marketing copy for channels including digital media, websites, social media, and general advertising copy.
Experience in various digital marketing software and marketing technologies, including Customer Relationship Management (HubSpot), and Social Media Management Tools.
Excellent analytical skills with experience across Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, YouTube Analytics, and more.
Experience creating and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Must be high energy, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative; able to roll up sleeves, problem-solve and grow with the company.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
