This position is a direct report to the Marketing Director.
In addition, you will be directly involved in executing and coordinating sponsorship, events and opportunities in Real Estate, Insurance and Construction markets.
Job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Coordinate events for sponsorship opportunities Calendar and schedule events using Outlook Research and document relevant client information Phone contact and follow-up with existing and prospective clients Schedule meetings and arrange for meals/refreshments as needed Research and maintain prospective client demographics and relevant information Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision.
Assist with Marketing by blogging and posting on social media sites Answer phones with high energy and schedule Additional Skills Energetic and self motivated Works well independently Requires strong teamwork experience Technology fluent- comfortable with database/CRM programs, Microsoft office, Google Drive, Social Media Channels Good organizational and data analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Concerned about doing things the right way Calm under pressure A willingness to be coached and learn Must have a clean driving record! No visible tattoos or facial piercing's.
Daily attire must be polished and sharp.
