We're looking for a highly skilled Director of Marketing who will be responsible for the marketing strategies across our multi-industry portfolio, including healthcare, QSR, and other consumer service businesses.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive comprehensive knowledge of branding and marketing experience in developing and implementing strategies and processes in an omni-channel approach.
You will build a team of capable and driven individuals, interact with portfolio companies, and consult senior leadership on a regular basis.

What You'll Do The ideal candidate will spearhead and revolutionize the marketing team for our properties.
The role will require a digital aspect of marketing as well as a physical aspect.
Design is a required part of the role, as well as a knowledge and experience of managing ad campaigns for maximum impact.
As a Director of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
Creating, analyzing, optimizing, and managing Google Ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI.
Develop new PPC strategies to increase online visibility.
Collaborate with marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers.
Study design briefs and determine project parameters.
Develop visuals, graphics, and logos for our brands based on requirements either digitally or physically.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce a final marketing product.
Test marketing products across various social media platforms and devices.
Amend designs based on feedback from senior leadership.
This is a highly collaborative position and will require a flexible mindset with a drive to see projects through to their completion.
Required skills and/or
Experience:
5 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or advertisement role.
A degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related business field.
A portfolio of graphic design work for corporate entities.
Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator/Photoshop, Dreamweaver) Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) understanding.
