Come join us in working for one of the top smoke shops in DFW! Right now we are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative and Cashier to assist our customers and provide them with the necessary satisfaction they expect.
Responsibilities:
Assist in inputting customer information into the required fields as well as assuring customers fill out the sign-in form.
Learn the point of service system and assist with cashing the customers out upon leaving.
Keep the lobby and cashiering area clean and free of any trash and debris.
Qualifications:
Ability to clean up lobby area and maintain a clean office.
Ability to maintain a friendly attitude and greet all customers when they come and leave.
Ability to listen to rules and regulations of what needs to be kept up and ask questions when necessary.
No prior experience is required, training will be done on site during working hours.
Come with a great attitude and ready to learn and work! Hours will be 35-40 hours each week.
