The Field Support Payment and Audit Specialist will import and post electronic payments, audit data entry compliance for a variety of programs, answer questions, research, and resolve issues in relation to the branch administrative function.
The Field Support Payment and Audit Specialist regularly communicates with internal and external customers of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Additionally, they will assist in the development of training materials for Office Managers and Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:
As a HomeTeam Field Support Payment and Audit Specialist, you can expect to:
Responsible for ensuring administrative operations are running effectively for assigned regions Assist with financial statement variance analysis Responsible for supporting branch accounts receivable reconciliation Responsible for supporting branch month end financial close Audits and reviews system programs for accuracy Audits and reviews branch processes Creates and updates training materials Daily interaction with branches, to answer questions and resolve problems Responsible for creating and updating various monthly management reports Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding branch level financials, employees, and salaries There's plenty of perks too! Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years in office administration Advanced experience in billing, collections, data entry and scheduling Advanced computer skills Organized and strong analytical skills Physical Demands / Working Environment:
