This position is client-facing and entails management of inbound therapy inquiries, new client onboarding, and various other administrative responsibilities.
The Client Relations Coordinator will work closely with RTC leadership and the clinical staff and he/she will report directly to our Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, self-motivated, flexible, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and a team player.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to grow in this role as our practice expands.
Responsibilities Replying to inbound inquiries from potential clients and referral sources in a timely manner.
Coordinate the client intake process, including managing paperwork and scheduling.
Respond to messages from clients regarding scheduling, billing, and other general inquiries in a timely manner.
Providing assistance to clients over email, as well as occasionally over the phone.
Collaborating with the clinical support team and relaying information between clients and clinicians.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies (HIPAA training provided).
Support leadership team with projects as directed.
Attendance at team meetings.
Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
