The Building Maintenance Associate will assist the maintenance team and will support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance.
Ensuring all plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing repairs and long-term improvements.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of the building (interior and exterior structures and related fixtures and utilities) through the use of a variety of skills consisting of advanced carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor, HVAC Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Must have at least (2) two years' experience in commercial building maintenance functions including the following:
HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor repair, rack building Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
Preferred Electrical Certification, Welding Certification, or HVAC Certification Ability to read blueprint and schematic diagrams Ability to work with outside contractors Ability to work with minimal supervision The understanding of problem solving and time management Must have a valid driver' license Operate a variety of maintenance equipment, including but not limited to hand and power tools, Scissor Lift, equipment and fork lift Reliability, dependability, multi-task, oriented, flexible in scheduling and after hour on calls Must have own tools Physical Requirements:
