Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated professionals and are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Personal Concierge.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-touch, personalized assistance to clients in various areas, including travel planning, event management, restaurant reservations, and other personal or professional tasks.
Hold a comprehensive knowledge of the local attractions, evening entertainment, and unique services in the nearby area.
Build relationships with clients and maintain a thorough understanding of their preferences and needs to deliver bespoke solutions.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the seamless execution of services.
Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality and discretion.
Anticipate client needs and provide proactive suggestions for their requests.
Keep accurate records and provide regular updates to clients on their requests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
An intrinsic desire to provide excellent customer service, and a proactive mindset.
