Resident Coordinator (Gulfgate/Almeda Market Area)

Primary ResponsibilitiesRegularly seek to understand and anticipate what residents need through communication, availability and looking for opportunities to enhance the resident experience.
This achieved by regular property inspections and periodic visits to each resident.
Assisting new residents move-in by orienting the community procedures, parking, bustiness hours, mail etc.
Generating monthly calendar resident events while monitoring attendance to the events.
Manage all supplies need for events and coordinate with the Property Manager for purchases and supplies.
Marketing the property successfully through marketing, sales, lease negotiation, and create marketing strategies with the Property Manager.
Establish a referral network through local employers, businesses, locators, and residents.
Successfully manage weekly marketing reports and distribute semiannual resident surveys.

Work Environment:
Primarily inside, secondarily onside, work around traffic areas, slippery or uneven walk areas and exposure to dust, insects, animals, weather, humidity, and the general public.
