9K a year Dallas, Texas Boss Fight Entertainment IT Support Specialist The IT Support Specialist provides Information Technology support to optimize operational efficiency.
Their duties include managing our SaaS services and resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities Manage our SaaS services including provisioning,off-boarding and Access Management Provide administration and support for critical IT cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Jira, Miro, Trello, Slack, Adsense, AutoDesk, Unity, Active Directory, etc Improve and automate processes to allow the department to support the company and end-user effectively and efficiently Maintain working knowledge of current trends, best practices, and regulations in IT, and digital/cyber security Manage, log and update day-to-day IT tasks:
hardware and software issues.
Be the first line of contact for any hardware or software issues for end users, troubleshoot as needed and document in bug report Write documentation and develop reproducible resolution steps, partner with the team to keep shared library and process documents up-to-date.
Stay ahead of 0-day security issues and remediate them as soon as possible Assist with new product deployments, migrations/upgrades and implementations as well as occasional technical support for in-service systems Document discovered issues and troubleshoot bug reports when necessary Follow prescribed test plans to thoroughly test new and upgraded systems Skills and Abilities Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience Able to learn new technologies Able to support multiple remote locations Experience and Education CompTIA A
certification or Associates degree or working towards, or equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of DNS 1 or more years of experience working in an IT department 1 year supporting a SAAS environment in a similar role Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Our core hours are 10:
00 am to 6:
00 pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings etc.
