What Will You Do?:
The Role:
We are looking to add a dynamic marketing/social media coordinator to our amazing team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating brand awareness, and savvy in implementing existing and new marketing techniques to increase engagement and leads.
You will provide high-level support for the marketing department in day-to-day operations with a focus on social media, event execution and design.
The Marketing/Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the following:
Coordinate social media posting, scheduling and weekly analytics reporting of all brands Create and maintain content calendars for multiple brands Source, create, schedule and publish engaging content and graphics Build and foster organic followings for all our social media channels Increase engagement, traffic and conversions across multiple social media platforms Coordinate art requests and project manage each job request from its initiation to its final asset release.
Keeping marketing campaigns on track during production and coordinate quarterly newsletters Assist in preparation of events, merchandise requests and other miscellaneous tasks.
Building schedules and projects for marketing work using existing Client tool sets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Wrike, and Falcon IO) Perform other administrative tasks as assigned such as vendor requests, invoices, shipping labels and campaign numbers.

Strong experience in traffic role or project management 3-5 years social media experience.
Experience with Falcon IO a plus.
Background in successfully building a following for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) Bachelors degree or higher Highly organized Effective planning skills Highly attentive to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets Demonstrates the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow-up and follow through Personable and pro-active Able to multi-task Able to present ideas clearly Capable of real-time problem solving Able to manage multiple projects at the same time Sociable, harmonious, go-getter attitude; works well in a collaborative environment Proficient in all MS Office applications Some experience in Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop Recommended Skills Accounts Receivable Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Adobe Photoshop Attention To Detail Brand Awareness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
