We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Golf Writer for our Golf Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality articles that align with the company's brand voice and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop written content, such as articles and reviews, using your research and expertise Ensure topical comprehensiveness and factual accuracy Use SEO tools to optimize content Incorporate feedback from editors to maintain brand style and meet editorial standards Source photos from personal, brand, and/or stock libraries Write a required minimum of four articles per month Required
Qualifications:
Golf expertise:
Technical knowledge of different clubs, brands, grips, and shafts with the ability to speak to the technical differences between different products.
Fluency in golf terminology with the ability to distill complex golf concepts into friendly, easy to understand explanations Experience creating content:
1-3 years of experience writing for publication in print, web, or other platforms.
You must have the ability to tailor your writing to a specific brand voice Passion for golf and storytelling Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience writing for golf-specific magazines, blogs, and/or forums a plus PGA Professional, Golf Coach/Instructor, Certified Golf Club Fitter, Green Grass or Golf Retail Experience is a plus Interest in becoming a Curated Sales Expert to connect with leads from your articles and earn a commission on purchases is a plus Curated Expert positions are 100% remote.
You can work from anywhere with a computer and reliable Wi-Fi.
Compensation is $100-200 per article ( 1,200 words).
