Director - Analytics
Job DescriptionThe Role Serve as SME, attending client meetings with senior sellers to both sell work and gather market intelligence on needs surrounding analytics.
Determine what type of intellectual capital related to analytics is needed, potentially including consulting offerings, data products, or technology.
Expand use cases for WTW technology in the life analytics life space; further develop current use cases.
Train WTW staff so they are ready to support analytics projects.
Lead parts of large projects or whole small projects to meet client engagement objectives Work collaboratively with others on a project team Review peer work product as a quality control measure Lead client correspondence in both written and verbal format Lead meetings and interactions with clients, managing expections and raise appropriate issues to Client Relationship Managers Support revenue generation for the firm by meeting billable hour expectations and generating new business as part of the broader client relationship management team Complete CE requirements to maintain SOA credentials Recommended Skills Customer Relationship Management Data Analysis Quality Management Service Oriented Architecture Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
