You will be an outstanding Guest Relations Representative if.
oYou love taking care of our Guests!oYour ultimate focus is on guest service - meaning you like to answer all guest's calls promptly and in a friendly manner to create a great guest experienceoYou enjoy working hand-in-hand with store management, operations, marketing and/or IT department to resolve guest concerns oYou are able to conduct investigations into escalated guest concerns and can recommend course of action in line with Company practice and policyoYou professionally and efficiently respond to guests who call about service, policy, Power Card, or store condition concerns to WHQ in order to regain or maintain solid relationships with the guestDay in the lifeoIdentifies guest concerns, and reports trends to Senior Management.
oTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to have fun, a positive attitude and make our guests feel like they are the most important person in the world, because they are! oProvides feedback to the store's General Manager and Operations Team regarding guest service and Power Card issues.
Experience RequiredoBusiness coursework preferred or equivalent job experience.
Individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
Must be teamwork oriented.
oThe Musts- you must have excellent communication and organization skills and ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making.
Strong sense of follow-up.
Able to multi-task and prioritize.
Holds self-accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
