Job Description Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to ensure the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day-to-day running of a fast-paced hospitality Revenue Management/Commercial Department.
This includes administration of documentation and correspondence, data management, preparation of reports and projects as needed.

Omni Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office (downtown Dallas, TX) Responsibilities
Assist the commercial and revenue management team members with creating professional reports using SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, efficiently and on time.

Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and with related stakeholders.

Prepare, submit, and share reporting of weekly and monthly STR results.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for assigned properties as directed.

Prepare reports for, attend, and participate in meetings as needed.

Assist team members with Reports and Presentations as needed.

Assist managing Dynamic Package and MyUpgrade requests.

Assist in ancillary revenue reporting such as Golf, Spa, Cabanas, etc.

Schedule appointments and prioritize workload to meet deadlines of all assigned managers and executives.

Coordinate travel including hotel, car, and flight reservations.

Submit monthly expense reports for executives and process invoices in a timely manner.

Review monthly department expenses and assist the accounting team with expense allocations.

Takes minutes at meetings as directed.

Provide coordinator coverage as needed for other areas of Omni Corporate office.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Must be able to balance fast-paced workload and meet deadlines.

Must possess critical thinking skills, problem solving aptitude and work in a solution-oriented manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including with senior leaders.

Effective at managing multiple priorities and projects.

Must be able to work independently as well as work well with others.

Previous knowledge of Delphi (FDC), Opera, IDeaS G3 and TravelClick/Amadeus preferred.

Hospitality industry experience with an emphasis on revenue management and/or sales and marketing and/or finance management a plus.

Role is based in our Dallas corporate office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
