Who We Are Looking ForPlatinum Parking is looking for a Full-Time Lot Technician.
The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills.
Will also do lot enforcement patroller duties.
Requirements:
Technical ability Knowledge with Parking equipment preferred Have a valid Texas Driver's License Capable of working in a fast pace environment Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver's record checks Be willing to undergo random drug screenings Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Duties:
Maintain & Repair Pay Stations Installation and Removal of Pay Stations Installation and removal of signage Pothole repair Landscaping General Maintenance Reporting on Lot status Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few) Able to climb ladders if needed Able to lift 50lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
