Spa in the City is seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask well, as we are an extremely busy, high volume business.
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
Must be knowledgeable on all services we offer as well as pricing Multitasker that works well in high pressure situations.
Extremely organized Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable personal appearance.
Desire and drive to excel.
Passion for the aesthetics industry Bubbly and energetic personality Team Player Responsibilities Greeting patients that enter the office and work as part of a team to cross cover patient check in, check out and phone lines.
Welcome patients in a positive and friendly manner Ensure all payments are rendered for services Support day to day needs of our patients and staff Serving as the primary liaison between clients and staff.
This individual should be well versed on our services, pricing, and specials to meet the needs and questions of our patients Assisting patients with paperwork and arrangements as needed.
Selling memberships, retail and packages Collecting payments for procedures.
Working with management to assure compliance with financial policies and procedures of the practice.
Keep the spa tidy, beautiful and clean.
Perform daily reconciliation deposits.
Handle front office and electronic medical record related duties as needed.
Social media content creation Work leads and patient inquiries Minimum 2 years working experience in a medspa or front desk position.
